Ordered a limited series Cincinatti…

Ordered a limited series Cincinatti Bengals "Why Not Us" bobble head figurines of Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, Joe Mixon and Tee Higgins way back in January of 2022. Our item arrived just a few days ago and is set #6 of 322 total "sold". Our set came with Joe Burrow, 2-Joe Mixon's and Ja'Marr Chase... No Tee Higgins.

We were told our only options are to send item back for a full refund or keep the messed up item and get a lousy 25% off coupon.

Any company with logical foresight would have planned for items being broken or mispackaged. Not these id**ts. They don't even double check the Chinese made items before they ship them out from their warehouse in Arkansas. I guarantee our item is not the only one that got messed up, yet 25% off is supposed to seem like an amazing offer.... These people are clowns.

Lousy company and terrible customer service.

2 Month wait to be informed the item is out of stock

Ordered an item as a gift on 9th May and I assumed it had arrived at my friends. Nearly two months later I have received an email informing me I will be refunded as the item is out of stock.
How has it taken 2 months to realise that the item isn't in stock?
Still haven't actually received the refund..

Avoid Buying from This Company

I purchased a set of Foco blocks from a third-party vendor. The item was defective, missing a ridiculous number of blocks, which made it entirely unusable. They cannot replace it, and they are refusing to provide a refund. Only offering a gift card to purchase some other piece of junk that I don't want. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was amused by their F rating. It's also worth noting that they are censoring my negative reviews on their website.

Horrible Customer Service

FOCO customer service does not appear to value its customers. Every inquiry made to this company is replied with a "can not" or a "No". They overcharge for shipping and they utilize the slowest and unreliable Fedex Smartpost shipping services. I'm a veteran and my in-stock items never appear to qualify for the military discounts. I've also had items cancelled because they oversell their items.

Forget about trying to contact this company by phone, no one answers.

If you can stay away from this company.

Placed an order a week and a half ago…

Placed an order a week and a half ago with "standard shipping" (3-7 business days), order is nowhere to be found and still indicates it is "pending" shipping. Emailed customer service to cancel the order and got no response. Next step will be contesting through credit card company.

Unprofessional

I placed a order on a hoodie to get my wife for Valentine's Day purchased claimed 3-7 days for me to receive my hoodie it has been over a week still no hoodie can't even reach company they haven't sent a follow up on my item can't reach them through phone and I have even sent email out. Will never order from them again. No call no email no hoodie. Very unsatisfied.

Can I leave 0 stars? Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lies they advise should be pretty close to criminal. I ordered in August and still no firm ship date. 3-5 days to process a refund and then another 5-7 days just to receive the refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
